When I lived in the area I used their wash and fold + delivery and dry cleaning services. It was always clean, convenient and they deliver with so much care! Love their mission and eco approach to laundry, avoiding harmful chemicals that end up in our water supply. Also, the owners are so kind! I still travel back to the area to do my dry cleaning now.

I’m so grateful for Eco Laundry. They are not only incredibly responsive and helpful from a customer service AND delivery perspective, but they are truly the best when it comes to being in the city and having a good, trustable place to do your dry cleaning and laundry with high quality products. Especially good for those of us sensitive to chemicals and scents, as they offer a truly unscented, clean and environmentally friendly experience 🙂

I should have known…

From the phone person that does not say “hello” when they pick up the phone but waits for you to you talk to the angry pick up man, it was a mistake.

I gave two bags separating dirty hot wash with light fragile items to wash cold. It all came back the same bags mixed , folded and placed with no care what so ever in the same bags, I hope the bags were cleaned too. Everything is a mess, at this price point, I expected more. Like basics more.

The delivery guy had so much hate in his face I was embarrassed to say thank you, he said no words what’s so ever and turned as fast as possible.

They did do it fast and it all here but that wasn’t the most important for me.

I’m a fan! Been using Eco Laundry for about two years now. Love that they use scent-free detergent and don’t roll up my socks as per my request 🙂 The pick up and delivery is everything for me with my hectic schedule and living in a building with only two washers and dryers. Folding everything perfectly is not high on my priority list so I can’t really speak to that.
Wish I had started with them even sooner!

Quite disappointed tbh. The worst was I gave them brand new sheets out of the packet and they came back with black marks and hair much longer than mine all over them. Pretty bad service tbh. Clothes were folded up and packaged yet still damp. Basic dirt still on clothes like they weren’t cleaned. Not impressed won’t be going back

I have been using Eco Laundry for about 6 years, sometimes traveling 3 hours to bring my dry cleaning in, and have never once been disappointed. Stains disappear, everything returns pristine, looking brand new and fresh, and absolutely no chemical odors. Jean and his team are meticulous and careful. There are other dry cleaners, who call themselves “organic”, but no regulations are in place to be sure the dry cleaner is not using toxic chemicals. Eco laundry is the real deal - a truly organic professional dry cleaner, that cares about its customers and the planet.

Used them twice. The first time I had no complaints about the service - my items seemed to have been washed according to instructions and were separated. The second time, my black leggings were covered in lint and the items came back mixed, inside ripped plastic bags. For the price point, which is higher than comparable services in the area, I can’t say this was a particularly superior experience.

I've been using Eco Laundry for 8 months since I moved to Chelsea. My laundry is washed and folded perfectly every time, and within the timeframe provided at drop-off. Jean at the front desk is always very friendly. They also send an SMS when your laundry is ready for pickup which is super convenient. Highly recommended.
