Es mi tienda outdoor favorita en el mundo, siempre tiene todo tipo de productos y stock de tallas! Trabajan con excelentes marcas, la atención de casi todo el personal de la tienda es increíble, excepto en el área de calzado, estos te ignoran y responden de mala manera a tus solicitudes de productos y tallas.
Me compre unos zapatos Salomon y hubiese esperado un poco mas se asesoría con respecto al producto que me estaba llevando mas solo entregarme el producto que mas encima era el de exposición.

I recently signed up for their credit card. The only reason I signed up for the credit card: the cashier told me I’d receive a $100 visa gift card (which was about the price of my item). Heck yeah. Free stuff. I asked is that $100 spendable anywhere. Cashier said yes. Turns out, that gift card is only useable at REI. I went to see how they can help me. The response: you should’ve read the pamphlet. Super helpful. Thanks.

REI is one of my favorite stores. The store has all the clothes, shoes, backpacks, and camping gear I like.

The REI in CalExpo is next to Costco. The location is convenient, but the traffic is busy sometimes.

The store is big. They carry many outdoor activities gear in stock. I can get it right away without waiting for the mail order. They have a lot of high quality clothing that I can feel, touch, and try on before I pay for it. Same thing with hiking shoes. I like to try it at the store instead of ordering it online.

The store has many different sections for different types of items. The layouts are very simple and easy to navigate.

REI has a membership that lets you earn points and get priority discount offers before the general public. I often received discount coupons from REI by email or physical mail too.

Absolutely amazing Service...best REI Location I've ever been to. Alyssa helped us out like crazy, even calling to make sure we had gotten the left and right boots for my snowboard. Impeccable experience l, and I will definitely be shopping here again.

Seth is a ROCKSTAR! I purchased a backpack from the online store and it wasn't fitting perfectly so I stopped in hoping I could get help AND yes I did!!! Seth was very friendly and successfully helpful - not only did he properly fit the pack but he also educated me on how to adjust on the trail and how to adjust to different trail types/conditions. It is always a great experience when the employees are working and helping from a place of personal knowledge vs. "I read it somewhere" and Seth is that person! There are more convenient REI locations but I will definitely be back to this store because someone in management was smart enough to hire Seth. Great job, Seth! thank you very much!

Pricey but quality outdoor products. Biking, hiking? Skiing, camping, climbing, shoes. I have a pair pants from REI I’ve been wearing for camping for 5 years.

Place is a joke. First, was there for like 25 minutes and did not see one person working the floor to assist customers, bush league service there. Wanted get a snow jacket for 6 year old son for ski trip, only had 1 snow jacket in stock in entire store and will probably be too small, they directed me to online, does me no good when it takes 2 weeks for delivery and still no guarantee of fit so if it doesn’t fit I’m really screwed. They told me they went through all their winter stuff fast…. Here’s a concept but call me crazy, but some business like to RESTOCK so they can keep selling. When you are looking for kids stuff nobody wants to take a guess when ordering online we need to have it in had to try on. Only 1 cashier working also, big joke all around

Amazing....just absolutely amazing. Grandson and I went in for some snowboarding gear, we were helped by Alyssa, who not only took the time to help us get our membership set up, and even made a followup call to make sure that we were fully set up, if I could give a hundred stars, she'd be the one to thank for it.
