I hired Parker Eco to deal with my rodent issues. At first the work that was done wasn't quite up to my satisfaction however Chris, after hearing my experience, took the responsibility to throughly assess the situation and to address the rodent activities. This is how businesses should be run. Fair, competent with good customer service. It's no coincidence that they have a high rating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone I know. Ask for Kevin if you can choose your tech - He's very helpful and its evident that he truly cares that you are happy with their services. He has visited our home numerous times and is always professional, friendly and best of all - they produce results. My favorite outcome was when we had hundreds of spider webs surrounding our home and they would reemerge when we "irradicate" them ourselves. With one simple treatment Kevin got rid of the Spiders overnight for the entire season. Same with the mice!

I've been very happy with Parker. I started with just a one-off treatment, but they were great to work with, so I went to the quarterly plan. We have persistent ant problems, so it does need regular treatment to keep it in check. The folks from Parker are always super responsive and willing to come out for repeat free visits as much as needed if we see any bloom of ant activity in the time between quarterly visits.

My dogs had fleas when I returned from a trip, and I was able to schedule Parker Eco Pest control to come the next day. They gave me clear instructions for what I should do in advance, they explained the products they used, and handled the treatment in 10 minutes. They returned two weeks later for a follow-up to make sure all the fleas are gone. They did a great job, communication was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Our landlord hired Parker to deal with a rat issue in our house. I was very dissatisfied with their service, lack of empathy, and dismissive nature.

Their first 3 visits were only 15 minutes each, certainly not enough time to make an impact. Moreover, they refused to listen to us. We told them where we were seeing rats regularly and instead of inspecting the area for entry points they dismissed our concerns and said “there is no way rats are getting in there.” We later got video of them using that entry point. After 3 months of their service the problem got worse and remained unresolved.

One of their head techs did come out free of charge after I called the desk and complained about the quality of service. He spent a lot more time with us and was great. But still it had no impact, as the next visits were back to other techs who were dismissive.

I would avoid Parker Pest Control. The techs made minimal effort to resolve our issue and did not seem to care to. We had more success with our own tactics (with zero pest control knowledge).

Update: Customer service has been very responsive to this review. They have offered refunds for service and a free appointment with the head tech and owner. I wish the techs earlier on showed this kind of initiative.

This is a very professional family run small business. I am on a quarterly plan with them and can set up appointments online, via phone or by email which is very convenient. All the techs I’ve had to the house are knowledgable, friendly and easy to deal with. Appointments are always promptly kept. Very happy to be using Parker Pest.
