Always helpful... sump pump I bought to drain and clean the turtle tank worked great. Had to remove debris guard to drain 100% but it did a Great job~ Ironton 1/8 submersible with different size attachments! Was a savior honestly my pump tanked 1/2 way through cleaning!

Told me I can’t come in.. said closed at 1 as I see dozens of people inside at 12:50..not to mention day before hurricane Milton..

I would give - stars if I could. We bought a generator on 9/27. Yes we were rushing because of hurricane Helene. Our generator we had went out. Well today for hurricane Milton the new one went out all together. Called up spoke with manager John. He said no returns on gas equipment. My husband is livid by this time. Goes in there with the generator and they tell him for $60.00 they can look at it. And they are 5 weeks behind if they could fix it. It’s a brand new. In the mean time are food is spoiling in the fridge. I called corporate nothing. Tried calling Randy the dm is who they said we needed to speak with nothing. So I worked in retail send it back to the vendor. Since John the manager said we weren’t the only ones with problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE! THEY LEFT US WITH A DEFECTIVE GENERATOR! NOW I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO
REPLACE ALL OUR FOOD! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Dina and Karen were so helpful. We're prepping for a hurricane and they provided exceptional service during a time that is stressful and chaotic for all of us. I'm sure they have had to deal with customers that are taking that stress out on them, but you would never be able to tell. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile is so appreciated.
