This was the best experience ever. I was with the same hair person forever, and I just moved here. I was nervous to try somewhere new. I worried for no reason because my hair has never looked better. My experience was okay. The biggest thing that bothered me was that there was no working phone number. My Groupon said it involved a deep conditioning treatment which I did not get. I did ask for something specific and i ended up getting something a bit different. I was expecting more of a change but I doubt when I see friends or family they’ll notice much change, unfortunately. She just kinda decided to do her own thing.

Mona is great at her artistry, which she perfects as soon as you walk in the door. She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. She tends to your personal style needs. For example my hair is curly and she took the time to explain her technique, which includes dry cutting and following the hair's "natural personality". My hair cut lifted so much weight off without taking away from the volume and length, which is just what I wanted. All of her products are naturally derived from fruits and vegetables and are from the Italian brand Davines. I feel like royalty when I'm in Mona's care. You will be treated as such when visiting Mona Lisa's Eco Spa'lon. I had such a nice experience and look fantastic!

Mona is such a sweet, lovely human being and hair stylist! I was able to use my Groupon offer and it was worth every penny. I came in prepared with photos of the cut and color I wanted. I absolutely love my highlights and the cut is exactly how I wanted it. She explained each step and was very realistic in terms of how my dark hair would look after lightening (trust the process!). Mona made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving on to the next step, convinced me to rock my natural curls and taught me how to style my curls at home for the best look. I rarely ever go to the salon or do anything drastic to my hair, but she took her time and made me feel really special, so I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!
