Elbac came in and offered a much better deal than others in the market. So much so that I cancelled with another company to move forward with them. I needed a completely new roof on a portion of my home from deck to shingles. Elbac did a wonderful job on the roof first and then installed my panels and ground mounted battery. Inspection went well and I am now producing and storing my own energy. From my Sales Rep Julio, inside management and their own installation teams for roofing and solar, I was taken care of the whole time.

I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Elbac Solar is a horrible company.
I don't agree with your assignment and I will take legal action.  I have never had a roof leak before. My roof was throughly inspected by Elbac Solar to make sure that my roof was in good condition. After Elbac solar inspected my roof they determined that the roof did not have any missing tiles or broken tiles and my roof didn't need any repairs. Elbac then proceeded with instalation. March of 2024 was my first roof leak ever. I called Elbac Solar and you send someone out to inspect the roof leak and your roofer words to me were the leak was from the instalation. Your roofer said you're installer did not reset some of the tiles back. When you're roofer came down from the roof he was covered in the black pase that he used to reset the tiles. Now come March of 2025 this is my second roof leak after Elbac installed the solar panels. You're second roofer said a tile was shift which means the first roofer missed it and he put a tarp what ever that means. Because Elbac doesn't give the homeowner any paper work i don't have what the first roofer did and said. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF ROOF LEAK BEFORE ELBAC SOLAR INSTALLED THE SOLAR PANELS. Keep in mind, Elbac Solar did not even offered a compensation or pay my $2500 deductible after my first leak and now I have a second leak, they decided that it's not their fault, so they're not going to do the repairs.

I had a solar array installed by.Elbac Solar A little over two years ago, and I am elated with the system. The workmanship was exceptional, and the installation was expeditious. The system more than pay for itself. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a solar array installed. They even have a program where you can get a free battery back up, which is bigger than most back up batteries, at no extra charge, such a deal!!!

The only downfall for this company at the very beginning was communication was horrible, but once I got ahold of AP manager Darlene everything was moved from there. I give this company 4 Stars. Would I recommend this Solar company to Family, and Friends. I would have to say yes.

They installed the system. Everything is fine with the system itself, however after they installed one of the tiles is broken when they installed the system. They said that they wouldnt cover it and want to charge me $450 for a single tile.

We love our solar. Elbac did a great job. They started and finished the job in one day. If we had any questions they got back to us in a timely manner. They handle almost all the leg work which was a great help. The only thing that took the most time were the permits but that was on the city and HOA and not the Elbac.
