Another job….done right the first time! We had them back a year later to install some additional equipment, and their communication was amazing, they were on time and very professional. We can’t thank them enough for all they have done for us. We know you will be pleased with their workmanship and they will take great care of you too.

(PS - We are still waiting for a bid almost a month later. Three reminder text message's, one email, nd their competition still has not responded. Don’t waste your time calling someone else.)

The president Aaron Putnam is extremely knowledgeable and accessible. They will test your water yearly to make sure everything is working correctly. Service requirements are much less than on our old system so we will save a lot of money in the long run. Aaron really wants to help, has many ways to do so, is easy to work with and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased water softener and reverse osmosis units through United Water & Air (EcoWater Northwest via Costco) and am very happy with the equipment and the quality of installation. The installation crew was excellent - professional, efficient, and very personable, as well. I also had questions prior to purchase that were addressed by the owner very promptly, which I really appreciated! I love having drinking water so easily accessible at the kitchen sink and the soft water makes such a difference for cleaning, bathing, etc. Many thanks to the United Water & Air team!

The Sales rep, Bart was great. It was interesting to see the science of the system and to learn about all the yuck that is in our tap water. The tech from company was very friendly and professional. Completed the task very quickly with no mess left behind. I am looking forward to installing the soft water treatment system this summer. I would highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give EcoWater Northwest a five star review, because until the very end it was a great experience. The initial call, home consult, and scheduling of the installation went very smooth. They were thorough and happy to answer all questions regarding the process and end result. The technicians who came to do the actual installation were professional, courteous, and did a great job setting up the plumbing and installing the water softening unit. The quality of the water after the install and flushing of the whole house/water heater is great and not nearly as slimy as I was afraid the softened water would be. It’s definitely an adjustment to shower and wash hands with after the severely hard water we had, but we no longer have dry skin and heavy water spots on our shower door and faucets.

When it came to the second half of payment, the experience quickly soured. The technicians confirmed my info and sent me the second half of the invoice (50% is due up front, which is fair), telling me their boss asks them to request payment immediately. I told them I would test the system (flushing a 75 gallon water heater takes some time) and would send payment after everyone in the house had a chance to shower with the treated water. Within 5 minutes the office calls, asking to run my card. Shortly after the owner calls asking for payment immediately. I told both that we hadn’t even had a chance to test it and would pay once we did. Within 24 hours I received 6 phone calls, 4 texts, and 3 emails about payment. You would think I was a month overdue on the invoice with the shakedown. The bill was paid in full the next business/calendar day. It’s a shame the “collections” was over the top pushy, because until then it was a great experience.
