A once great place to get your taxes done, alas all empires must fall. The lack of communication or answering of simple questions I had while setting up a business LLC led me down a path of way more taxes than I anticipated. When I questioned as to why this was they must've had amnesia and claimed I "should've set my business up differently." In reality I asked the questions and they ignored them and set it up wrong. During this season, I had one accountant do my taxes wrong, then another accountant redid them and was extremely rude to me on the phone when I was questioning how it happened. A few people gave the excuse that they've had some personnel changes but obviously that is no excuse.

An absolute disaster and I will not be returning ever again.

I used Eco-Tax to set up my first corporation. I came in not knowing too much about how to run things, but with Eco-Tax's unlimited consultations, I've been able to have questions answered continually throughout the process. They've been great helping me via email, and with setting up phonically that fit my schedule. Also, I feel like they've got a ton of services that also help in the process.

Setting up payroll has been a breeze, and compared to ADP, and other payroll companies, their cost is low for a small company like mine.

My husband and I have been using Eco-Tax since 2014. Initially we started using them because we were paying for someone to file his business tax return anyway and Eco-Tax gave us a better offer on a sales call. I was reluctant to say yes on the call but I was also starting my own business and it was a good deal so I figured we might as well give them a try. We initially hired them to do our personal and business returns. Over the years, we have been pleasantly surprised with their services and started using their payroll services as well. During COVID-19, they have and continue to send out newsletters that are incredibly well written and informative about what tax benefits we may be eligible for as well as how and when to apply. They have assisted us tremendously with getting financial help during this difficult time and have gone WAYYY above the call of duty.
