I bought a digital clock from this place. It doesn't work from the very begining! I sent email to Their customer service to explain my experience, the answer from them was 'did you plugged in or use battery' and ask me to send picture or vedio.
I then answered that I have tried both ways and it did not work. and attach a Vedio to show how it did not work. After a few days, another email arrived asking again ' do you mean it did not work using plug?'.
I don't think they should sell Their product without the minimum quality control. Fortunately, this clock costs only 9 dollors. I don't want to bother to Return this junk. Instead, I will Write this review to caution customers not to buy Their products. especially an expensive one then you are out of luck!

Bad Bad customer service. I called the Wearhouse in Tampa today to ask if the gelato ice cream freezer is in stock and what kind of payments are they accept?. The girl name Amy was the one I spoke to. She has a really bad attitude. She didn’t answer me nicely but instead raising her voice and yelling like i’m Violating her life or something. If she doesn’t want to deal with customers she doesn’t have to come to work and giving her bad attitude to customers. The company that has an employee like her is not professional at all. Everyone, please stay away from this company.

I bought an air body saw. It did not have any instructions with it as to how to change the blade. Once I figured out how, it is held in place by a hex head screw that is tightened by a machine . I have a full ensemble shop and own more than three dozen hex wrenches, and not one of them would fit this screw. This is another outlaw company that should be run out of business. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!! AMAZON !!! You need to drop this company from your roster !!!!!!!!!! THEIR MERCHANDISE IS PURE JUNK !!!!!!!!!!!!!
