I live in an apartment complex, Solis, in Spanish Fort, Al. Although it's an awkward situation to get in and out of most of the time they do well. But today, July 4, 2025, the driver/operator did GREAT! Residents had made a mess. The man got out and used a shovel to clean up most of the mess. Please tell that gentleman how much I appreciate his attitude and effort. Many thanks.

Paid in advance so I have a credit on my account. Trash service changed and they will not refund my money or roll it over to the new trash service. I have tried several attempts to contact them and no response. Piss poor company

If communication is important to you, do not hire this company. We ordered a dumpster for a commercial project that was already crowded for dumpster space. The first pick up went flawless, but the second and third was a nightmare. The first driver was a dream and took our large load without complaining. We got on another driver‘s schedule and he asked us to rearrange the trash, so the load would not shift while he drove it away. The third time he came to pick up, he refused to take the dumpster, and left another equally large dumpster in a back alleyway blocking two businesses. He said he would be back that afternoon, or at the latest the following morning, to pick up the full dumpster. After SIX days of calling dispatch, the driver arrived, and said he was never notified to come back. I’m not sure who’s running the show here, as no one has ever returned our calls. We went above everyone’s head and talked to corporate, and she clearly did not care about imposing on all of the businesses this inconvenienced. If I could leave a negative star I would.

One more screw up and im going to ask them to take all my dumpsters and get out. no communication. Slow response time. the price is right, but man time is money and I have spent more money and time trying to get them to do what i ask them to do and call them to demand they pickup my dumpsters!!! argh. pay extra go somewhere else, but im pretty sure all dumpster companies. suck.

I have a forest mulching business which i do a lot of things far as Demo concrete forestry mulching and so on . Set up a account with ecoSouth and advised them that my dump trailer was having some problems so it's not going all the way up so that all debris comes off. I was advised that if I set up account that it's more than enough equipment here toget you unloaded and there is no problem unloading me. I was able toget one load unloaded in maybe 4mins flat by the operator . Come back with my second load and was told by the operator that he have no problem unloaded me but he was told not too . He stated that he doesn't know what's going on and someone( Mr.Hall) has a hard on for you this morning. He stressed that it's not him the operator . This is totally some sort of discrimination to the first degree because you are picking and choosing who you want to unload base off of what? Honestly I'm trying to figure out. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and I not going to say don't do business with them cause your experience may have been different from mines .With that being said I can only speak on my experience with this company. I didn't appreciate the power trip someone was on and yes it has inconvenience me my job and my employees as a whole. 😡

We have bought our first home and waited 4 weeks for the first available trash service. We were very understanding. They dropped a can off finally today and it was disgusting and looks like they drug it down the street to our house. So disappointed this is what we waited for
