I could not be happier with the way my bathroom renovation turned out. From the start Mike was very helpful with the whole process and walked me thru every step of the way. I asked a ton of questions and he always answered right away. Once we discussed my budget they sent me a list of my allowances and Nicole helped me pick out everything I wanted. She made my vision come to life!
The demo crew was so nice, quick and very professional. Not sure who was more thrilled to find the hidden window behind my bathtub! Ryan B. Was so nice and beyond helpful. When we ran into some road blocks he was able to help me make decisions I was not able to make myself. I already want to redo my kitchen and second bathroom because of how smooth this process was. My team did some research to find a professional, trustworthy, and detailed contractor in the South Jersey Area. We located Eco-Pure Construction and visited a few sites they were remodeling in the area. We liked what we saw. The Eco-Pure President, Mike DeLuca, and his staff prepared a detailed estimate and timeline. When they began work they kept us abreast every step of the way and informed us of any issues. The Eco Pure team did a phenomenal job in renovating two bathrooms, our kitchen and replacing our carpet with wooden floors. Communication with Mike, Nicole and Marcy was exceptional, they were always on top of things and truly dedicated on accommodating our vision for the project to the tiniest detail. Ryan, Bob and the rest of the crew were very meticulous, kind, hard workers, and kept everything neat and clean. After a storm destroyed my garage, I didn't know where to turn but after working with some of the crew from Eco-Pure construction, I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! I was put at ease during my initial discussions with the secretary who was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The worker who helped me with the interior of the new build was especially skilled, thorough, and kind. He managed to turn the inside of it into an outdoor retreat. Mike, the owner, cares about the quality of craftsmanship his workers provide the customers. He has a team that demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail that I would rely on for other construction needs. I strongly recommend Eco-Pure to anyone looking for quality construction services; they truly exceeded my expectations!

Mike and his team were wonderful to work with! They were prompt, clean, and respectful of my entire family. It was no easy task given my two year old son who wanted to help with everything and a firm deadline due to baby#2 arriving in November!

I was beyond impressed at the fact that Mike was at my house daily checking on the progress and was always available (even after work hours) to answer any questions or concerns regarding the project.

Whenever there were concerns mike was reassuring and was sure to fix anything we didn’t like.

We’re looking forward to working with mike and the entire ecopure team on many other projects in the future!

Overall, we had a great experience with EcoPure for our renovation project.

We had major delays due to permitting issues- so learn from our mistake- if you are in Philly make sure you have ALL your permits before starting and contact the city yourself if there are any issues with delays… after months of waiting it took one phone call from us to get the permits. But once we got that sorted Mike, and more specifically Chris (and Javier) did a great job on the project.

Chris was the project manager and kept me updated with the project/timeline. He helped navigate the inevitable issues that occur in an old home and provided valuable advice throughout. He was patient and flexible when I had questions or concerns, and was always available via text/phone call. He had great attention to detail and we are very happy with the final product.

Details on scope of work: new stair treads, installed HVAC, full kitchen and bathroom renovation, new floors and fresh drywall/paint.

One last note- the materials selection process was disorganized. First, I had no idea what size doors I needed or how big of a vanity or sink would fit… and second, it was inefficient to have to write the sku and fill out multiple sheets- it would have been much easier to use an excel for everything and include direct links to the products.
