Falta de profesionalismo total. Yo traigo mi tarjeta profesional de ZUMBA que es una compañía reconocida que tiene su material publicitario prediseñado para sus miembros. Pero el señor sin saber eso, lo primero que me dice que ese diseño está mal. También asume que mi tarjeta es un invento que yo copié de algún lugar de internet. Que falta de respeto! Todo para modificar el diseño que según él estaba mal y cobrar por eso. Luego le pedimos imprimir un documento de una sola página. Se equivoca e imprime un documento de 4 páginas de otro cliente pero ya habíamos pagado. Cuando el fin imprime el correcto nos dice que le debemos dinero a él por el documento correcto que era más corto. En serio?Pero para hacerse el bueno dice que no le tenemos que pagar más nada. Para colmo le pido el precio de otro servicio de impresión de fotos. Predispuesto, asume que yo no voy a querer pagarlo y sin darme el precio me sugiere que vaya a otro lugar que será más barato que con ellos. Finalmente fui a Office Depot con mi diseño original de tarjetas y adivinen qué? Quedaron perfectas. No le recomiendo este lugar ECO2 Office a nadie.
