Eco Now has been my go to for years. Recently I was at a farmer market outside the Anaheim location. My boyfriend was stung by a bee and I instantly knew that Eco Now would be the place to go for help. The lovely girl working, around 3:00pm on Saturday 3/15/25 quickly sprung into action and provided us with the first aid kit. Thank you Eco Now for being a great source for products and amazing customer service.

I love this place! They have high quality bulk refills of natural products. They even have some donated containers if you forget yours. I especially love the charcoal deodorant, the first natural deodorant that has ever worked for me, and the santal fragrance. I'm so grateful they're here, making being eco conscious a little easier. But don't ever think the burden should be heavy on our shoulders, corporations are the symptoms and capitalism the disease.

I love shopping at Eco Now for their eco friendly kitchen and beauty supplies. They also carry brand name silicone pouches and great bamboo utensils and glass straws. Great assortment of tea and laundry products too. I love supporting this shop, they always have unique items.

Thoroughly impressed with my first time visit. I stopped by this store randomly yesterday and I was shocked by the products and great customer service. They have health conscious options for just about everything you’ve wondered about and more. For example when do you ever see real healthy options for washing clothes? They have it here. When I say healthy I mean taking the body and earth into account. This is all grey water safe.

Definitely a must see.

I love shopping at eco now, I can find everything I need with out the harsh chemicals. Customer service is exceptional. She’s always has a smile in her face very welcoming ready to help you find what you need and give you tips on stuff that you’re looking for.

*** 10/14/2024 I had to come back n this is the only way to update my previous review. I do love shopping at this store but today was not a pleasant day. I call ahead of time to ask what time they close she said at 6 pm but Costa Mesa close at 7pm but I was literally 5 mins away from the store I just drove from Santa Ana. I got to the door n she change it from open to close. I open the door an ask if I could still get some stuff she replied we close at 6Pm as she was helping a customer. I walked away n my daughter was said we couldn’t get her hair produce, and toothpaste tablets, and toothpaste. This was not great customer service. I do come here often but i had never experienced this from any company before. Just very disappointed.

They have several non-toxic and zero waste options for all areas of life; kitchen, laundry, personal care, pet, hygiene, etc. highly recommended this business. I have shopped at the Costa Mesa and Laguna Beach locations. The products that Eco Now carries are wonderful. I want to comment on the customer service. I have always found the people to be helpful and friendly. Yesterday I was helped by Thea at this location. She is amazing. She went "above and beyond" in assisting me. No wonder the people working at the stores are so helpful. Thea is the owner!! (I did not know this at the time.)

First time going to the Anaheim location and wow, it’s quite organized and there’s such a large selection! The attendant was super helpful even though there was a huge crowd that came in after me. I wish there was scoops provided to refill for the tooth tabs.
