First, no one welcome me when I visited the store. Then no one explained me the difference when I asked the questions besides the told me the cost difference. Most importantly, 4 out of 10 nails haven been bleeding during process. I can’t believed they don’t change the person when first one happened! Anyway, I am still paying my cost full and 18% tips when finished not complaining at that time. But I will definitely never try this store again since my fingers are still feeling the pain now after 6 hours!!

Don’t get the bad reviews. I just moved to the area and went for a hard get manicure yesterday and they were friendly and did a beautiful job. Will try pedicure next time

Edited: went second time for pedicure. Wasn’t enjoyable at all. Woman was very rough. Was actually uncomfortable. Not to mention it seemed they were much less friendly this time.

Original review 2018 - I've been coming here for 3 years, and I'm surprised about some of the reviews here. I get acrylic tips and a pedicure every three to four weeks and each time is always a good experience. I love their pedicures. They really take the time to give you a great massage, and that's my favorite part of a pedicure. And I've gotten a deep pore cleansing facial before, and that was amazing.

Updated review 2024- still love this place. I got a spa pedicure that was out of this world. So relaxing, and my feet and legs were so soft after! Also got almond shaped nails for the first time, and I love how they came out!!! The girls there might look stone faced, but they really do know what they're doing. Excellent job every time. Will always be a customer.

Walk-in expect glaring eyes to know what service you want in two seconds. Not to bother to show the menu or speak on options for first time customers. A customer who was kind enough to explain as she's waiting to pay has exciting opinions and endless options to have, if interested I was looking forward to it. Employees' energy should've been the same, but not in the slightest did they match her hospitality. I explained I wanted something that doesn't chip easily and isn't long; I had photos on Pinterest to show my interest and help to choose the best one. They chose for me filling which I had not known their method was abrasive. The experience was not comfortable to sit in and to nail filed to point my right pinky skin was bruised, I stood by maintaining composure not to fret on any mistake or pain felt. I figured this was the process of a normal nail manicure. I was wrong. They had a UV light electric nail dryer, that was on a high intensity setting that it almost felt physically impossible to keep the nails under for even three seconds, I'm already pulling my hand out from under it. I was told it would only burn for a few minutes, but eventually cool down. Pain, pain, go away, I thought to myself, this can't be the pampering experience people mention when they think of ways to groom and treat themselves. As I waited, I spoke about my career choice as a cook, I was not allowed to have any polish on nails and I chose a job that had benefits to help career development. After some time being on maternity leave, I haven't found the time to treat myself caring for my newborn. No empathy in her eyes, subtle bickering between employees listening and judgment was called out in English and Chinese as the gossip roaming around the room she began to close up shop. I asked her how long it would last and how much by then she was going to charge me without telling me. After I asked she stared at me as if it was not the appropriate thing to ask for after the service. I told her to add a tip for 20, although service was not up to par, I still appreciate the hard work done, it was a beautiful design. After some days have passed, I experienced some tingly sensation through my fingers and went away after a while I was worried it wouldn't go away. I came back to have them removed and the process again was not comfortable and the first thing the lady said to me was can I afford it after telling her I just want a simple nail polish color, no filing this time. She said in a condescending tone, "Can you afford it?" She noticed she said it in English and dropped her head, as if oops did I say that out loud moment and continued in Chinese, with no shame or curiosity as to why I didn't want the filing. I had no comment, not worth my time to justify values, when we all have different ideas on what success looks like, perhaps it's not asking how much the bill is after service to her.

Prices are not fixed. if you add a tip, they charge you more than what you expect from basic addition.

I've read mixed reviews on google, no different than my own personal experience; you'll have to see for yourself. What works for you may not work for others. I personally wouldn't recommend it because you're going to the nail salon to get your nails professionally done in an unprofessional environment. As a cook, we always have to uphold the highest standard, after getting my food handlers/sanitation license, you learn a lot about germs, this applies to everyday living, hygienic and sanitized frequently, you learn all this and more to keep people safe and delighted to come again and gain clientele.

One star review is not based on a pretty design, but how it's executed. Anyone paying for a service there is a standard to be met. You may get your nails done at home or buy press-ons (Glamnetic Nails - highly recommend), however what am I going to you for, to pay a premium price to feel uncomfortable, unwelcomed, belittled, bruised nail bedding, and overcharged. Disappointed, I had high hopes.

Econails is my favorite place relaxing and reasonable. Nails pedicures... The best facials!!! 😊, I have just read all the reviews and cannot believe that some people have a problem with this place..... Every time I go in I get a big hello and they always remember my name, Fanny, Lisa and all the girls are friendly and do excellent work. They may speak to each other in their own language, but whatever job you work in, I don't care what kind of business it is, you talk to your coworkers!! 😊 Just because we do not understand what they are saying doesn't mean they are speaking about you. These girls are friendly hard working people. They always ask about my job, my health and always make me feel extremely welcome and comfortable!!! 😊

I've been to many places and always come back to Eco for they know how to cut off every dead skin on my fingers and feet, and also they do my eyebrows exactly as I like them clean and not making them so thin where as you get older your eyebrows don't grow in. I've been with the same Girls for years and they take really good care of me. The place is very clean and never had a bad experience with them.
