Worked with Chris and the Eco air team to help put a new 3.0 ton high-efficiency Carrier system in my daughter's house in the Dothan area. Their prices are good and the service is good if they arrive for the service. Purchased a service plan earlier this year for 2 routine checks on our unit. First appointment was fine. Second one, I made the appointment and tech was a no call/ no show.
I later called to find out what happened and was told was told they supposedly called. So made a second appointment and same thing, no call no show. Went by their off twice and no one was available. Currently switched to another company.
