Called them out for a broken spring during the holidays and Katie sent technician Zach out to help us within a couple hours and they were both SO thorough and kind. Wonderful service, highly recommended. I had them come out again today just for a super small service call and the technician Sam, once again was super quick to come to the house and went above and beyond to satisfy us. I have been using EOO for years now on all of my properties. They are super fast, transparent, and super thorough. My installer was Sam and he was amazing! Showed up on time, got right on it and cleaned up right after! I will continue to stay loyal to this company and if you ever need garage door work of any kind you should give them a call!
