We chose EcoFloors to install cork flooring in our laundry room and a bedroom several years ago. They were communicative, efficient, and did a great job. When it was time to redo the flooring in the rest of the daylight basement, we opted to go with Eco Floors again. It was a big project with several unforeseen hiccups, but throughout, everyone kept us in the loop, answered questions, and were easy to work with. The finished floors look great!

These guys are top notch. They were prompt, efficient and on point with their work! They were easy to work with and professional. They installed our wool carpet in 2013 and we've had so many compliments on it, even from other carpet installers who can't believe what a great job they did (wool is really hard to install). I recently got some bids from eco to replace the flooring, everyone was super helpful and friendly and special shout out to Levi for his knowledge and trying to find the right product at the right price. They went above and beyond and specialize in products that will be gentler for your health and the environment, even on a budget and if you're on a time line, they will do their best to find a way, very reliable, unlike other places.

This is NOT the original owner (whom was amazing to work with in 2015, Eric). The process of simply getting a bid was disorganized and unprofessional. Scott came out and was friendly, he was not familiar with the flooring product I had (and I had no idea Scott didn't work for Eric the original owner who put the floor product in my house). He kept saying it was marmoleum and speaking to the properties of that (it's not marmoleum). Promised a bid by Friday (this was a Monday).
I got busy and finally followed up 2 weeks later. The staff (very friendly) told me they had no idea who I was, I wasn't in their system at all, there was no bid in progress and someone with their business card and representing them (I did call their number for a bid) must have come out to give me a bid- but it wasn't them.
What?! Should I call the police that an imposter came to my house? I assured the person that that wasn't possible and to take some time and figure it out and call me back. Someone came to my house representing Eco floors and talked about flooring. The gal on the phone was super apologetic- points for her awesome attitude!
I got a phone call follow up- the bid would be written and sent. It wasn't. I waited another week and called back and asked if they were sure they had the correct info because I had received nothing. They updated info and said they'd been really busy. Which I understand, however the initial contact in person was 1/20, and on 2/5 I got the bid. Zero apologies for the delay.
It was feeling to me that there was no interest in doing the work- which I get, the job was small.
I asked a few questions about details from the bid discussed in person, which were different than on the bid.
Scott became irritated and told me he could do what he wanted because he's the owner (totally true!) and that if he did what the owner wanted it wouldn't be called Eco floors.
IN general- I wouldn't spend money here. There is probably good work done (the other reviews are good!) but the bid process showed a lack of detail and professionalism that I'd want with any company I'm spending money with. Dang it. I miss the old Eco floors! They were an absolute dream.

Great experience here! They were very transparent, communicative, and patient with my (endless) questions and waffling, and the install itself felt super pro. It was an annoying fiddly room with a bunch of closets but he got it done super fast! And, where my old floor had all these gaps they tried to conceal with quarter round, at the beginning of the job, the installer was like you won't need it anymore and he was right! Also, it looks great.

I love my new bamboo floors. Ecofloors did a great job of matching my previously installed flooring that was no longer available, and they finished early. They were also able to add on some trim finishing to match. I am very happy I chose them for my project!
