I could not say nothing bad I had a leak of coolant that I tried to fix my self but could not fix it.i thay where recommended by my neighbor. I called them up. Explain my issue at that point they told me that they were moving. And was not able to do it until the following week. Then they decided that they would go ahead and look at it the next day I could not. I've been more thankful. I arrived at the facilities in Woodbridge, the location that they were moving from.
The person at the desk was very friendly polite. Chucky, the mechanic came out. I explained my issues to him, and he said he would take a look at it. And see what he can do. Not only that, but they gave me a ride home could not have been more appreciated, they kept me informed, but the progress of the truck.
They called me on Friday. Vehicle, what's ready for pick up? I waited till Monday to pick it up at their new facilities in saraville. Once again, I walked in and was greeted professionally and courteous. My truck had no more leak and is running great if you are looking for a polite reasonable mechanic. I’ve dealt with several different mechanics in the area and without a doubt Eco Engines are the most professional and effective mechanics in town. From my first experience with Miss Susan I felt that she expressed her concern about my vehicle like I was her own. I explained that I’ve been having trouble with my regular mechanic and have been there several times for the same problem. She told me to leave the car because she had a space open and Even offered me a ride home. I was called back the next day by an “A1 mechanic” named Chuck Jr and we arranged a time to meat up. When I arrived he put my vehicle on a lift and physically showed me what’s wrong with my car and where it was leaking from. He then collected the warranty information I had and coordinated with them to save me money and get my car fixed at a lower cost. When I got my car back and running smooth I was finally able to go to Pennsylvania to get my children and bring them back safely. I’ve been there a few times after for other things I needed replaced and I can’t commend them enough for their great work. I remember one time I came there and Chuck Jr actually blew on a fuel pump to show me how bad it was and if that’s not above and beyond I don’t know what is! They treat customers with humility dignity and respect and most of all they know their work! Thank you very much Eco Engines you are a service to your community.

Brought my Honda CRV for repairs. Chuck the owner admitted that one his mechanics forgot to put engine oil in the engine. They tried to get a junkyard motor to replace it but failed. Why didn't they just get a new rebuilt motor with a warranty? Chuck didn't reimburse my $1500 bill or my rental fees of a rental car to keep my employment! My car just collects pollen and now. This is how they treat disabled combat veterans at this establishment. I'm ashamed to be an American! Now they are moving to Sayreville.

This is my second visit to ECO Engines the staff is very friendly. I have been told by my dealer I needed a new engine. That was two years ago Jr and the staff were able to resolve my issues and get me back on the road. Next time my engine light is on this is the first place I am going.
