DO NOT COME HERE FOR ALTERATIONS! I have been a loyal customer for dry cleaning and needed my bridal shower dress altered and steamed. I came in last Monday and she told me it would be ready the next Tuesday for pick up. I go in to pick up the dress on Wednesday (a day after it was "done"). I walk in and the dress is hanging in the front of the store with the safety pins still in it. She explained to me that it would be ready Thursday with no explanation. I told her that we spoke about it being done on Tuesday (in case it needed more alterations) so we would have time to adjust it for the shower that coming Sunday. A man came out and explained to me that their seamstress was not comfortable altering the dress because of the price tag (I did not pay full price for this dress) and that they can see if someone else can do it for pick up on Thursday. At this point, the dress had puncture wounds from the safety pins and needed to be altered. He threw the dress into his car and drove off- promising me a discount. Thursday I walk in and the dress is altered but wrinkled with visible black marks that we not there when I dropped it off. She told me she would steam it and to come back in on Friday. I just picked up my dress and she offered me a $5 discount. What a joke. I told her that they lost a customer and that this was handled unprofessionally.

DON’T EVER AND I MEAN EVER COME HERE!!!! THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTER’S BRAND NEW NEVER WORN $400 FENDI OUTFIT AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE OWNER WALKED IN MY FACE AND PROVOKED ME TO PUNCH HER AND I AM 9 MONTHS PREGNANT! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO DISRESPECTED. I WAS LITERALLY IN SHOCK, STILL IN SHOCK!!!!

Mrs. Sun is the absolute best! She tailors my entire family's clothing and does a fantastic job. She is a master at a craft that is hard to come by nowadays. As the daughter of an Italian seamstress who has since retired, I have a good sense of quality work and Mrs Sun is the real deal! My mother has seen her work and has stated numerous times that Mrs Sun's attention to detail is impeccable. You will not be disappointed if you use her as your tailor as well as your dry cleaner!

They do great work here! They do a great job making my dress shirts look like new, and they've done excellent work fixing rips in my favorite jeans and my favorite jacket. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I brought my father’s suite and shirt to be cleaned for his funeral. When I picked it up, I noticed that there were two stains on the front of the shirt and the collar was not properly cleaned. The lady stated that they can try cleaning the shirt again but unfortunately, I didn’t have time for that because my father’s suite had to go to the funeral home that same day. I’m not sure why they would even give someone back a stained shirt without first trying all they can to properly clean it. When I asked the lady for a refund for the shirt only, the man told me that they cleaned the shirt best they could and he would not issue a refund. In my opinion, this is very poor customer service especially given the situation which I informed them of. I will not return to this cleaners as they clearly do no appreciate or want my business.

Should be a 0 stars. I took my dress there to get cleaned 9/27 and needed it same day service. They said it would be ready by close of business. I went to pick up the dress and the dress 'fell apart during the cleaning process'. I let them fix it and they acted annoyed that I was looking at the workmanship of their tailoring. There was loose thread and when I inquired about it, I was told I can cut the thread. This for a dress that they DAMAGED. And I paid for the dry cleaning. I will never be back. Be aware. They are careless and neglectful!!!!!!

Yeah, things get cleaned, but 2/3 times I used their service, they didn't know where my clothes were when I came to pick them up. Both times, my clothes were found before the end of the day and they were cleaned, but that was a hassle. Also, they used a safety pin to attach my information to my GF's leather skirt. She was not very pleased to have an extra hole in the leather. Two stars is being nice.

Last month I would have given this place five stars. The guy that I always see here is super friendly, they pick up and receive UPS packages, and do a good job with the dry cleaning to boot. But I dropped off a UPS package last week and six days later it’s still sitting there! To make matters worse, when I called a few minutes ago, the woman I spoke to was very rude (both times I called). “Not my fault, you complain to UPS!” *hangs up phone*. Apparently the UPS guy hasn’t picked up all week and no one thought that was a problem. Unbelievable...
