New management and maintenance team is really cleaning this place up , It's really starting to feel much safer and better knowing that the community manager Jessica is addressing alot of concerns and she actually hears our complaints and suggestions. The maintenance team as well is here on a daily basis cleaning and fixing his name is Gary they work all hours of the day and are always available anytime. Finally work is getting done with vineyards.

I think management is doing amazing at getting the park much better than it was. And I like Lacey a lot, she is a wonderful but stern manager of the parks she runs. The reason for the 3 star is because of the company Vineyards. They are so money hungry It's crazy. I own my home and pay $476 a month for lot rent and nothing is included at all. No lawn care, no water nothing! I pay trash at $15 a month which is included in the lot rent but it's still expensive for lot rent especially when nothing is included. When I first got there my lot rent was $325 a month. In just one year it went to $476. Which is insane to me. And the kids out there are pretty bad. They like to damage whatever they can get their hands on. And the cats are out of control. But other than that Lacey is doing her absolute best.

This company is TRASH. All the trailers are dumps & filled with mold and roaches. The manager is a fraud and will keep your deposit after you move out! They go through managers every other month due to them stealing money from the company. My kids stayed sick the entire time we lived there. The company refuses to take care of the property, the clients, & any problems that may occur after you move in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

The park here at CASA DEL SOL in Albany Ga was really looking bad. But now that we recently got a new property manager Ms Jessica, it is really looking up. The roads got paved and other things are being done. I know there is so much more to do but thank you Ms Jessica and Mr Gary for making it happen. It means so much to have property management to do what they say they will do. Thank you again.

Hi I am TyAisha Barber. I put a 895 deposit down for lot 36 back in June in which I was told would be ready by that following weekend. It was not ready and after waiting months (till September) I wanted my deposit back! Well I got it but couldn’t refund it due to csv being signed at the bottom. I took it back and was told (we’ll process it and refund you within 30 days) it is now NOVEMBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY 895 dollars. Money don’t grow on trees!!!! WHERE IS MY REFUND! I kept receipts also. Getting close to having my lawyer reach out!

Water leak under the house made my water bill shoot up 50 bucks and there is literally no one answering calls. It's really irritating when you have a problem and you cant get ahold of anyone at all. Water meter full of water and albany utilities says it's not their problem...what are we supposed to do when absolutely no one is answering? Because it won't let me reply to your message.....contact who? Literally no one is answering their phone. The number listed answered a text a week ago giving me the number to the property manager who refuses to call back or respond to text so.....contact who?
