On July 24, 2024, my husband and I went into Camping World to look at a larger pull trailer! We were greeted with warm hellos and friendly salesmen! We looked at several, and told Dave what exactly were we’re looking for! He said they had one that had just come in to look at, but They had backed into another trailer and needed to repair it, but not to worry, because the parts had already been ordered and would be in and repaired Tuesday! We loved the rig, and decided to trade in our rig! Was assured that repairs would be done in less than a week! After looking at the interior of the rig, we had concerns due to discoloring of flooring and soft spots in the floor! One guy went to look at our concerns and came back said, don’t worry we will fix all while it is here before you pick it up! They rushed us into to singing and assured us all would be taken care of! I then rote them a check for total amount! Using it for the first time, the leveling jacks did not work, floor had a 18 inch round soft spots, both toilets leaked, and also shower! These super nice guys , now we’re avoiding us, so we went to speak to the manager of repairs! What a sorry son of a gun! He proceeded to tell us, there is no warranty on any of it. , due to it being a consignment! What? No one mentioned this! So to get our rig out of there, we paid another $1,400, and still have soft spots, discolored flooring, shoddy job on repairs. Etc! If your looking for a trailer, I would suggest you go anywhere but Camping World! They only smile when you are writing a check, after that they hide from your calls, or take lunch when you go see them! Never again!!!!!’

When I originally purchased my RV the sales staff were great, although i couldn't get on the roof to notice all the issues this vehicle actually had. All canopies needed to be replaced as they ripped on my first trip one almost hit a vehicle on the highway. Additionally I have put a large amount of money in repairs that were not covered in the warranty. I currently am trying to cancel the extended warranty and the person I'm working with is rude and making the process hard on me. I tried putting it on consignment and they wanted 50k to take it in! Absolutely crazy...biggest ripped off ever! I could go on and on but I'll leave it alone for now!

We stopped here for some parts for our tow bar and were blown away by the assistance we received. Everyone on site inside and out were beyond helpful, but special shout out to Tony for his hands on mechanical help, for guiding our RV out, and for his tips for our route. We are so grateful!

Camping World sold my mentally disabled son a trailer. My son is 20 and it is very clear when having a conversation with him that he has severe ADD, ADHD and a low IQ. He speaks slowly and in no way shape or form understood what he was signing. They made no effort to explain anything to him, nor check any references. They took advantage of a mentally disabled kid, just to make a sale. If I had known about this, I could have stopped it. We are hiring a disabled rights attorney and having a disabled rights advocate work with us, his psychiatrist and psychologist to take care of this. They could very easily cancel this, and they refuse to. I am very saddened by the lack of integrity of these people. All just to make a sale

Camping World is awful. They are slow on their work. Took more than 6 months to do repairs on my trailer. I do not recommend Camping World at all. Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never go back when I finally get my trailer back. Never ever ever!

Gary i hope im getting his name right the worst salesmen i have possibly dealt with long story short idk if his racist or what problem was maybe becuase he wanted to go home since it was close to 5 o clock time he has to "leave" but he thought i had been to the lot he thought i had been denied before i even looked at a trailer i took my daughter in the raining cold to see a travel trailer of my liking i had gotten approve at another rv place right before and i let him know what i had gotten approve for and before i even got there and i kept telling him the reason why i was there, that was because i didnt want to wait the 2 weeks for the inspection at the other rv before they could release the rv to you and the whole time this gary guy kept calling me a lair that i wasnt approved like if he knew me idk....but people this place is not the place read the reviews i would pass from this place my buddy had warned me, but i like to see stuff for myself Stay away theres better places i would give u guys negative 3 stars if i could idk how u guys even have stars lol
