After spending 2 days with Richard looking at properties all over the Arboleas areas and communities, I can categorically say he was amazing from start to finish
Nothing was too much and he went above and beyond.

Absolutely outstanding. We had 3 trips to the area over a 6 month period and met with many different agents and saw many Villas. But Calida Homes shone above all others in helping us with our search for a home in Spain. On our final visit we saw 35 houses in a week and had starting to think we were not going to find what we were looking for. Then Bam....Calida to the rescue. From start to finish they were amazing. They listened to what we required and in the end we had a choice of 2 Villas that suited our wish list. They nailed it.They went above and beyond, taking time out of their weekend to give us 2nd viewings. Once we had made an offer their support and advice was second to none. Once we completed the purchase they even met us on a Sunday to give us the keys. They took the stress out of the whole purchase and shone out above many of the agents we had met with. Without doubt and amazing company with people who go the extra mile.

Calida Homes were very professional from the first meeting. Richard Clarke and the rest of the staff have a lot of experience in estate agency and certainly know the local areas. They give you a clear view of the process and most of the outlays. Our sale took an extended period to complete but the team at Calida were always available. Despite having a large client list they appear to be very adept at matching the client to the property.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel this company warranted one! From the very first phone call we made about our interest in a villa through to completion of the same, Richard and the team were amazing! We found it quite nerve racking buying our first property abroad but Calida Homes made the process seem effortless. Our questions were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them! They helped with every aspect of the purchase and even accompanied us to the town hall to apply for the padrón. Their after sales is also amazing! Nice little touches such as a welcome gift and lists of useful numbers etc. Richards wife, Wendy, also was very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Calida Homes to anybody looking to purchase a home.
