Please get better at communicating. They closed a bus stop and put no notification that it was closed online, just a mere physical sign saying to use somewhere else. Then they reopened the bus stop without ant notification either. I missed the bus because I was confused which stop to go to because they only put physical signs without any way of searching it up online. Then, the drivers got confused too! They announced it on the radio when the stop reopened and some drivers didn't get the message (because announcing it on the radio once is obviously not a very reliable form of communication) so they kept going to the other detour stop! It was very hard to know which stop to go to because their communication methods are just so bad and unreliable. Could you please use the app as well so that it can be a reliable online notification?

Unreliable and rude!!! Seems like they'll hire anyone that walks in the door, the busses are constantly running late with milultiple times either not showing up at all or just driving by without stopping and when you call in to dispatch they couldn't care less just telling you to wait for the next bus. If you rely on this transit system to get back and forth to work make sure your boss is aware as they will make you constantly late especially if you need to be on the first bus to get there in time!

Overpriced buses. Inconvenient schedule. And bus drivers that will cut you off and/or run you over when running on side walks.

I know it's a rural bus line, but pedestrians right of way in crosswalks is pretty standard wherever you are even to public transit. These busses are dangerous.

I dont want to vlame the drivers because they're most likely underpaid and struggling to keep a roof over their head in this horrible housing market. But last night, the driver was more focused on trying to get numbers from female passengers than driving safely.

The people in charge should take some responsibility for hoarding all the money for a select few while the rest of their staff stuggle. Must be nice to have a monopoly and a blank check from vail resorts.

Summit County seems to have it figured out. What's Eagle County's excuse for ripping off the poor?

Eco transit bus leaves the “out of service sign up” as he pulls up. We think he’s taking break. He never changes the sign and then leaves without picking anyone up.

Completely ridiculous. Had to wait another hour.

Great door-to-door experience from Beaver Creek to Vail and back again. $4 each way for adults, $1 each way for kids 12 and under. Only drawback is last bus runs at 5:45pm, so not much time for aprés ski!

My issue is that it's always late and never on time or on schedule. It's really annoying and frustrating at times. I've waited up to 10 mins even from it's scheduled time

The manager Sunshine is super rude. She wanted to over pack a bus and threaten to kick us all off for complaining. Stop giving them your money and find a different ride.
