DO NOT RENT AIRBNB UNITS FROM “CRIBS”!! We had a horrible experience trying to stay here. The “customer service” was somehow even worse. The listing was completely inaccurate, and when we pointed it out to the host they altered the listing and claimed they never offered those amenities. We were constantly gaslit by the host saying the unit is not a luxury unit, which we knew when we rented it. Our issue was about the complete misrepresentation of the rental, not that it wasn’t luxury. We are simply people not looking for anything fancy but we expect listings to be accurate. By the time we decided we didn’t want to stay there (we had only been in the unit for a couple of hours) they gave us the runaround for wanting to cancel and get a refund. They said they’d give me a full refund only if I didn’t leave a bad review (illegal as confirmed by Airbnb support). Thankfully Airbnb was on our side for the whole situation and I was eventually fully refunded. Never renting from CRIBS ever again.
