After six months as a resident, we can safely say this is a wonderful apartment building. Great pool and lounges, nice residents and monthly resident events that are always fun. Maintenance staff is courteous and friendly.

The staff is friendly, and maintenance is always prompt. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of convenience and luxury in the heart of downtown, this is the place to be!

Alyssa, Markas, and the entire 333 ECO staff are second to none! I rented a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom overlooking East Colorado Avenue and with some breathtaking views of the Mountains. The location (two blocks from an eventful Downtown), amazing common areas, and underground parking to avoid hail damage sold me the most. My room also had ample kitchen space for cooking and entertaining guests. I have lived in Massachusetts, Baltimore, Nothern Virginia, and Kanasas City, but this apartment at ECO topped any previous residence. If you intend on making the most of your stay in Colorado Springs then I highly recommend that you take a tour of ECO and see for yourself why I was so fortunate to call this place "Home" . . . and why you should too!

The balcony view is AMAZING! And everybody I come across is super friendly! Also, the amount of dogs I’ve seen is spectacular. The staff here have been super nice and helpful (I ask a lot of questions)

I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years thanks to my job, but I think 333 has to be the best. Apartments are modern, clean, actually well-built, and in a fantastic location. Staff are always friendly and fantastic. Community events are actually fun. The parking garage is an absolute boon. Only downside is that you can trace your upstairs neighbor's footsteps if they wear boots but so it goes. Rent price is fair for CSprings for what you're getting.

Fantastic apartments, would recommend if you're looking to live close to the downtown scene.

Currently a resident 1bed 1 bath and I love it here. Obviously, being in the springs, apartments are going to be smaller, but for the price you pay the amenities and community aspect of 333 ECO is worth it.
-They are extremely pet friendly, the staff are amazing and if there is any problem in terms of maintenance they are usually quick to get on it and keep residents in the loop on any issues. They are also easy to reach and almost always in the lobby if you need them.
-They offer covered garage parking spaces (huge plus for the winter) and storage lockers ( both for extra cost of course)
-The hottub is all year round which I love for the colder days! They have a lounge area on 2 of the floors which are awesome for events or just hangouts.
-They often host events for the residents which allows everyone to get to know eachother and become more of a community (but if you're not feeling up to it there's no pressure to go)
I will end it with saying this is one of the better price to experience ratio of apartments we have looked at for sure. Being downtown you are close to restaurants, parks and nightlife.
In terms of break ins for cars and the homeless issues mentioned in previous comments .. sorry to say but you're in a city there is no stopping that. I can promise you this is one of the safer complexes you will find for your items and your cars 😂 they also have a security number you can call and during the night they make stops to check the building. They truly do the best they can for the residents.
